Smash the Fashion Patriarchy and Make Great Clothes for Every Body
We’re here to inspire people to be their own Snagging fashion trend by making clothing accessible to everyone. For far too long, we endured the discomfort of ill-fitting clothes, designed for a single body shape. But our bodies aren’t one shape; Every Body is beautifully different, and we love to celebrate this diversity.
SNAG PHILOSOPHY
We sold our first product in 2018, and the rest, as they say, is history... a history that's surpassed our wildest dreams!
We're not just in the business of fashion; we're actively challenging the status quo and defying the oppressive grip of the fashion world. It's time to shatter the mould that has long beat down individuals based on their size, be it plus size, tall size, broad size, super size, or any size at all.
We've introduced dresses, leggings, swimwear, skirts, and a whole lot more! Our aim is to spread the joyous spirit of resistance, arming our community with not just fabulous clothes to fit everybody, but also the power of language, tools, and affirmations. It's all about flipping a triumphant two-finger salute to the fashion patriarchy and letting everyone express their authentic selves.
What it's like working at Snag...
Chaos! No seriously. We like to think it's creative, empowering, inspiring chaos, but it's still chaos. This is probably not the right place for you if you crave structure and routine.
We were a virtual business before everyone started doing it, and we always will be. With the exception of our amazing warehouse teams in Scotland (who work on site) and product development teams in London and Türkiye (who have their own dedicated studios), everybody else works remotely - we don't have an office, we don't do bowling nights, and you won't have to memorise your co-workers pets names (unless you want to).
We don’t use email, we use WhatsApp. Because it's not the 90s anymore. There's no hierarchy of communications, if you want to message Brie directly, she's always happy to chat with everyone.
We welcome all applicants no matter age, gender, ability or race. Tattoos, coloured hair and a fondness for Dungeons & Dragons are all pretty normal round here. We truly value inclusivity, for us, this means unrestrained individuality.

Do you offer flexible working?
All remote roles are fully flexible. With the exception of our amazing warehouse teams (who work on site) and the NPD - New Product Development teams (who have a dedicated studio in London to meet Snagglers and fit garments in person, and an office in Istanbul) there are no set working hours at Snag, whether you love the 9-5, 7-4 or 3-8 it doesn’t matter as long as the work is done.
