This is your chance to be the first to try our latest innovations to give us feedback on how to improve them before we take them mainstream. A lot of the labs products will be based on pre-order. We do it this way to help us speed up the development process and get new products out to you quicker. We hope you enjoy our new creations!

What is Snag Labs?
Snag Labs is our way of testing out our latest innovations to get feedback on the fit and quality before bringing them in as a core product. You'll find new and improved products as well as entirely new products here. Most things will be on pre-order as that helps us put it through the development process faster and get you new products quicker! However, we will do non-pre-order items in here from time to time as well.
How does the pre-order work?
Pre-order products are live for a limited time which will be stated in the product description. After that we'll make them and ship them out to you within 6 to 8 weeks from the final order.
How do I know if an item is for pre-order?
The item will usually say pre-order on the first image. It may also say new & improved. When you click on your size, a message will appear that this item will ship within 6 to 8 weeks. If that message doesn't appear, then the item is in stock, and we'll send it out to you as normal.
Can I order currently available items and Snag labs items together?
You absolutely can! We'll send out what we have available to you now and when the products land in the warehouse you'll get your pre-order. You can still choose from standard and express delivery for your non pre-order items. Pre-order will all go out on the delivery you picked! Don't worry, you'll only pay postage once even if two parcels come out to you!
How will my Snag Labs products be shipped when they're available?
We'll be sending out your pre-orders in the delivery option you pay for.
Will you let me know when my order has been sent?
We'll send you an email when we dispatch your order from the warehouse.
Can I change my information or cancel my Snag Labs pre-order?
