According to The Wind in the Willows, Winter adventures should involve absolutely nothing strenuous, heroic or even moderately active. With comfort and cosiness in mind, our Woodland Adventure Fair Isle Sweater Vest is made for woodland wanders, pub lunches, pottering about and staying extremely snuggly while doing very little indeed.
Against a rich brown background, white bunnies leap between red foxes and toadstools, surrounded by leaves, zigzags, diamonds and colourful Fair Isle motifs in pinks and greens.
The pattern is knitted right through the body using traditional Fair Isle colourwork, in the same gorgeously soft wool-blend yarn as our Haunted Castle Sweater, giving you a lovely extra layer of trapped warmth without loads of bulk.
With its classic V-neck, sleeveless shape and ribbed neckline, armholes and hem, it's an easy little layer you'll bring back every autumn.
