How to measure Snag Clothes
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline.
Hips: Standing with feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum.

My prior skirt purchase I went with a size E (for my inevitable carb-loading) and decided it was a bit too big in the waistband so I went with size D for this one. The result is definitely snug; the waistband does fold when I slump but there is a nice amount of stretch which makes it easy to get on.
The fabric is smooth, soft, and a deeply saturated black, more so on all points than the leggings that I purchased last year.
