Tights and shorts can get caught in the drum of a washing machine, so always either hand wash or put them inside a pillow case or lingerie bag to protect them. Always squeeze dry, don’t tumble dry, and avoid direct heat as it degrades the stretch.

Avoid!

I really don't understand these good reviews. These are not as described. Fabric is not stretchy enough, body is not long enough and waistband rolls down immediately. I'm trying to get a refund but it's just emails back and forth at the mo. Very disappointed.
